Orion’s Embrace CIC – Referral Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to practitioners who refer clients to Orion’s Embrace CIC through our referral-only process.
1. Purpose of Referral
By submitting a referral, you agree to share your client’s basic details (name, contact number, email, and town or area) with Orion’s Embrace CIC solely for the purpose of contacting them to arrange appropriate support or services.
You confirm that your client has given informed consent for their information to be passed on to Orion’s Embrace CIC and for us to contact them directly.
2. Payments
- All payments for referred sessions will be made by the client (or CIC funding, if applicable) directly to Orion’s Embrace CIC.
- Orion’s Embrace CIC will then pay you, the referring practitioner, for the agreed session rate.
- Payments will be processed weekly, and you must provide accurate payment details to receive funds.
- You may not take direct payment from a referred client for any sessions covered under this referral arrangement.
3. Client Relationship
- Orion’s Embrace CIC remains responsible for managing the client relationship for all referred clients.
- You agree not to bypass Orion’s Embrace CIC by working with the referred client privately without our knowledge and consent.
- The client may choose to continue working directly with you in the future, but this must be arranged transparently and discussed with Orion’s Embrace CIC first.
4. Professional Standards
By referring clients through this process, you confirm that:
- You hold valid professional insurance appropriate to the services you provide.
- You comply with safeguarding requirements relevant to your work.
- You will provide accurate and honest information to Orion’s Embrace CIC about both yourself and your referred clients.
5. Data Protection & Confidentiality
- Orion’s Embrace CIC will store and process client and practitioner data securely and in line with GDPR.
- We will only share information necessary to facilitate the referral and arrange appropriate support.
- Referral details will be held for 30 days if the client does not engage, then securely deleted.
6. Termination of Referral Arrangement
Either party may end this referral arrangement at any time by giving written notice.
Outstanding payments for completed sessions will still be honored.
7. Agreement
By submitting a referral form, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
