🟣 Members (Governance)

Members support the direction, purpose, and integrity of the CIC.

They help ensure that everything we do remains aligned with our community values and long-term vision.

As a Member, you may:

✦ Support and promote the CIC’s purpose
✦ Contribute ideas, suggestions, and feedback
✦ Vote on key decisions where required
✦ Help guide the direction of the CIC
✦ Attend meetings (as required)

🔵 Directors (Management)

Directors are responsible for the management and operation of the CIC.

They help ensure everything runs smoothly, sustainably, and in line with our purpose.

As a Director, you may:

✦ Support day-to-day operations
✦ Help deliver services, events, and activities
✦ Make operational and strategic decisions
✦ Oversee finances and funding
✦ Support the growth and development of the CIC

Both Members and Directors:

✦ Support the CIC’s mission and purpose
✦ Act in the best interests of the community
✦ Uphold values, integrity, and transparency
✦ Contribute to the shared vision
✦ Attend and contribute to meetings
