🌿 Orion Community Sessions – Practitioner Terms & Conditions

💛 Overview

Orion Community Sessions is a shared space where practitioners can offer their sessions through Orion’s Embrace CIC.

Our aim is to create a simple, supportive system that connects clients with practitioners, while helping to fund accessible wellbeing support within the community.

💷 Bookings, Payments & Commission

  • All initial session bookings are made through Orion’s Embrace CIC
  • Payments are collected by Orion’s Embrace CIC on behalf of the practitioner
  • A 20% commission is applied to the first session only
  • Commission is calculated after payment processing fees have been deducted
  • The remaining balance will be paid to the practitioner within 5–7 working days of the booking being confirmed

🌙 Session Delivery

  • Practitioners are responsible for delivering the sessions they offer
  • This includes:
    • Contacting the client after booking
    • Arranging a suitable date and time
    • Delivering the session as described
  • Sessions may be:
    • In-person
    • Online
    • Or a combination of both
    • 1-1 or Group

📭 Client Details

  • Client name and contact details will be shared with the practitioner for the purpose of arranging and delivering the session
  • These details must only be used for this purpose and must not be used for marketing unless separate consent has been given

🔁 Ongoing Sessions

  • Commission applies to the initial session booked through Orion’s Embrace CIC only
  • Any further sessions arranged directly between the practitioner and client are outside of this agreement

⚠️ Responsibility

  • Practitioners are responsible for:
    • The accuracy of their listings
    • The quality and delivery of their sessions
    • Communicating clearly with clients
  • Orion’s Embrace CIC facilitates bookings but does not deliver the sessions directly
  • Practitioners are independent and responsible for the services they provide

🚫 Booking Process

  • All initial sessions must be booked through Orion’s Embrace CIC
  • Practitioners agree not to redirect clients away from the platform for initial bookings

🔄 Availability & Updates

  • Practitioners must ensure their availability and service details are kept up to date
  • If a practitioner is unavailable or unable to fulfil a session, they must inform Orion’s Embrace CIC as soon as possible

🚪 Leaving Orion Community Sessions

  • Practitioners may request removal of their listing at any time
  • Please allow up to 3–5 working days for listings to be removed
  • Any existing bookings must still be honoured
